Our mats are intended to last or many years and we love the idea of them being passed on to younger siblings / cousins or friends.
However if you have grown out of your mat or have no need for it any more, then please do return your mat to us. We will then clean your mat and repackage it with a fresh set of pens and pouch and donate the set to local children's charities.
We would never like to see our mats end up in landfill so if you wish to recycle your mat with us, simply drop us an email us and return to us and we will make sure it is donated to a child in need and gets a fab new home.

How do I use my Moo & Dot colouring mat?
Our reusable silicone colouring mats are easy to use.
Simply colour using our Moo & Dot wipe clean pens. When finished (or if you make a mistake), wipe clean with a damp cloth. Then reuse your mat.

How do I clean my mat?
The best way to clean your mat is with a damp cloth. If you find staining occurs, please get in touch with us and we will happily help you find a solution to the stains.
We do however advise cleaning your mat after each use to keep it from staining.

Are Moo & Dot mats & pens safety tested?
Our mats and pens have been safety tested to UKCA standards by a UK government approved testing facility. They are suitable for use from 3 years of age.
Please note the pen lids may cause a choking hazard so adult supervision is recommended when using the mats & pens.

Are Moo & Dot mats eco friendly?
We have ensured that where possible all products included in your Moo & Dot package is environmentally friendly. Our packaging is made locally to us in the UK and is all fully recyclable, to ensure our product is as environmentally friendly as possible.
The reusable nature of the mats themselves encourage creativity and colouring without throwing away endless pieces of paper or colouring books, and can be passed to other childrend when outgrown.

Will the ink stain?
The ink in our pens is non toxic and wipe clean on non porous surfaces, however they may stain clothing or surfaces that absorb easily.
The pens wash off skin with warm water and soap / hand wash.

Can I buy just a mat without the pen set?
Yes! We sell the full set of mat, 8 pens and travel pouch. However if you would like to purchase individual mats you can do so in our shop.
We also sell replacement pen sets and additional pen colours should you choose to expand your colour choices.

We offer both Royal Mail and Evri for UK based orders and we use Evri for our international orders. Please visit our shipping information page for full information.
For orders over £50 we offer free shipping for UK based orders.

Are they your designs or can I find these designs elsewhere?
Each of our mats has been carefully designed by us in the UK with children's curiosity in mind. They are not available to any other brand and we hold the copyright.
