Shipping

All items are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. Delivery times will depend on which shipping option is selected at check out. 

UK Shipping

We offer shipping to the UK via Evri (1-2 days, 2-4 days) and Royal Mail (Next Day, 1st & 2nd).

We offer shipping to Northern Ireland via Evri (5-7 days) and Royal Mail 1st Class. 

For UK based orders over £50 we offer free shipping via the Evri 2-4 days shipping service. 

Worldwide Shipping

Ireland - shipping is set at a flat rate of £9.50 via Evri. 

Europe - shipping is set at a flat rate of £11.00 via Evri.

USA & Canada - shipping is set at a flat rate of £16.00 via Evri.

Australia & Canada - shipping is set at a flat rate of £16.00

International orders may incur additional duties & tax charges.

Returns:

We hope you love our products, however we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. Please read below for our returns policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase/ and order number.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mooanddot.co.uk.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mooanddot.co.uk and send your item to: 4 Vicarage Drive, London, ENG, SW14 8RX, United Kingdom.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
